Maintenance is very pathetic. Also there are various issues Cracks in walls which builder doesnot care about. Parking charges are very high. Maintenance charges are very high with very bad maintanence team. Builder not fulfilled promise of temple in society. Accessories in washroom are of very inferior quality, builder refuses to take responsibility. Maintenance team illegally asking for money to increase the meter load even when charges are paid to uppcl. Also they don't allow meter recharge of less than 1000 rupees which is illegal. Lot of stray dogs in society, lot of incidents of people bitten by them.
This is a setup flat by combining 2 1bhk flat. U will have 2 registries for this flat. 1 for each 1bhk. 1 bedroom is actually hall of 1bhk flat which is very weird if you want to use it. Otherwise 4 balconies and spacious kitchen are a plus point. Proper 3bhk are already sold out because here only 28 proper 3bhks were there in whole project. There are 2+store flats but those might be sold out as well.

Amenities might not be as good as other renowned builder but pricing is also competitive. One thing o like most is that their price is fixed, no matter how you approach them. No discount at all for anyone.
Communication kaisa hai? Own vehicle na ho to manage ho jayega? Nearest metro kon sa hoga? Rapidx and dmrc both.
