40 year's is a long time of making a popular version wrong. Someone else has got to noticed?
They've been making this mistake for 40 year's now. Is it on other vehicle's also?
Awesome casting bro congrats thanks for sharing 😊
Thank you Cali Collector
Present The 16th Mr Shawn Stafford.
Thanks Tory
Very cool..At the end of the day they are toys....
That's true Brian. I know they made some Greenlight in different scales and original looking colors that were GTA model and correct looking.
🤔🤔🤔🤔
Did I noticed because of owning many? Or are there more with errors?
@@ShawnStafford-1978 probably lots of errors
@bigcharliesmodelgarage296 Okay cool. Similar like owning a different vehicle. Then seeing one everywhere.
Love the Video👍 The only way to tell an early TA i guess is by the vents. I used to have a big Firebird book that explains all the differences in it, but i don't know where it is. Wiki seems vague. I know a GTA is a loaded TPI Trans-Am so I have to ask did yours come with a wing?
Yeah I had the heavy rubber and metal Aerowing that was rotting apart. Was heavy and old. GTA are odd, they're the best model Firebird Trans-am version. They don't have the fake fender vent like the Trans-am would. Makes me wonder about the last Firebird Firehawk and it's hood shape?
Yeah 91 Firebird firehawk has the raised hood side. Also a TPI like mine.
@@ShawnStafford-1978 The Firehawks 98-02 hood should be more aerodynamic as in less drag than the WS6 hood. I believe The GTA hood was designed to keep from popping open at 150mph 😱The TAs vents were faked so the Bird could achieve the lowest coefficient of drag and get better fuel mileage.
@@retoyer would be great if the vents worked back then. Thought their own rules about a car slower than the Corvette, also emissions smog equipment junk didn't help horsepower.
@@retoyer I'm not sure about the hood? I know it opens but has a latch to release and lift it. These cars only went 120 130mph maybe?
