- Update 1.5 of Need For Speed Heat allows you to purchase the Polestar 1 Hero edition (Joe's Car) for 1.4 million credits. And it is one of the SLOWEST Fully Upgraded 400+ Car in the game. Powered by a Forged 3.8l V6 producing 1430HP with Ultimate + Parts. It's acceleration felt like it only had 800HP. It will be embarrassing if the Polestar 1 as the cover car of this game is the slowest car in the game.

Don't need to say much. It has terrible acceleration and understeers like hell. You are better off saving 1.4million for something else.

Well it's like 2000 kg irl it doesn't surprise me the thing is slow. It surprises me that it was choosen as the Hero Car and not something like the Sard MC-8 R or the Opel Astra DTM wich could be good succesors to the M3 GTR and good Hero cars aswell.
It’s heavy af and it’s meant to be a luxury car not a performance car,It’s not surprising,they should have used another Swedish car like an Agera RS or even a race car made by Volvo

When I was first playing through I though it was weird that the cover was destroyed in the first race. So I played through the campaign expecting that the endgame would basically be rebuilding this car and it would be the best car in the game, but sadly no that didn’t happen

Oh man!, i felt the noltasgia from NFS Carbon at the first seconds of the race in video, by the Ekstrak soundtrack when customizing tuners/exotic cars and from pursuit!
Definitely crank the steering sensitivity up. That could be a minor reason why it understeers like hell.
Then again so do the Evo X and the 350z so we're good.

I'm assuming the modded one shares the same specs as the regular model. Plus, it's modded so the performance might've been tweaked.
They are the same, i've done a race with a guys, i had the normal one with ks modded bodykit, and he had the 1.4mln one. We were head to head for the whole columbia race. So yes, they're basically the same.

It’s still pretty quick and it looks rad, plus you can upgrade it. Still a win to me. Oh yeah and the blow off valve noise is amazing.

It performs the same exact way that the normal Polestar 1 you can get does. You’re better off getting the 160k Polestar and maxing that out than spending upwards of 2.4 million on Joe’s Polestar 1
