Do you think CM will take any strict action against this issue,he wants only looted money scams,If CM was serious, this thing's would never happen in Goa, Goan's life is in serious because of CM,so CM must resign immediately
Whatever be the issue, no one has the right to inflict pain on another person- irrespective of girl/boy friend or any friend/foe. Fear of law, is missing probably because those who are supposed to enforce are doing something else. Weak investigation, delayed or no chargesheet, for whatever reasons results into very poor conviction rates- hopefully the new criminal laws that are being implemented from 1st July will go some way to restore confidence among goans.
