Maryam and Malek, your house is looking beautiful! I have a couple of suggestions:(1) you need to put waterproofing caulking around the sink basins in the bathroom and foyer so water doesn’t collect in back of the sink and ruin the wall from moisture buildup:; also (2) you need to paint the trim of the metal door frames on the interior doors. I would paint the trim white to match the walls.

The kids do not need to be in the same area as the guys trying to work. This outside yard is going to be beautiful. I hope they add a lot of greenary. Trees, bushes, & flowers. I think this whole area would be pretty with rock/gravel, but of course, it is their choice. Maybe even a pond with fish & a fountain. Again, I wish they would remove the stickers from the appliances. They are meant to be removed. I can't picture where the toilet drain is going being it faces the street.
