He's his own man and has done an amazing job! Congrats to you John David.
I agree in part. Likeable to loveable personality and still finding his strong place in the world. Keep up the great work!
When your mom says 'thoughts' priceless. He does sound like his dad.
Even his laugh sounds exactly like his dad!🤯
Sounds very much like his Dad. Legit listening as I do my make up, & swear it was his Dad.
He looks just like Pauletta but you can hear Denzel in his voice. He's such a well rooted and grounded guy. You never hear about him in any mess. I like him.
I was drawn to his acting before I knew who his father is. He is an actor in his own skill.
That's exactly my observation. Thank you! I wish they could bring that play to the West End so I can watch it.
Do you think Denzel as his father would let any of his grown children to get into any "messes" in their lives? He would definitely whoop them upside their heads if they did. Denzel Washington doesn't suffer fools.
The smile and mouth is Denzel
I hear Denzel in his voice too.
He's a great actor but working as an actor when your father is one of the greatest actors that ever lived can't be easy.
Well it actually should be viewed as a blessing!!!!! And very easy to have that type of person as your mentor or just a place of reference
Mamie and Grace Gummer have the same burden. But all of them are doing wonderful jobs so far.
@@niknicolec9847 But don't you think as a fellow actor you would 1. constantly be compared to your legendary father or mother 2. people would assume that you got your job not based on talent but your parents making a phone call?
That’s how I pray. “Look Lord, just get me through the day.” Lol
He has his father's charm and swagger
I’ve been rewatching Tenet and he for sure has his father’s walk. It’s like this cool stride.
Such a thoughtful and amazing man and actor.
It's awesome how he sounds so much like his dad,Sky is the limit for him no doubt!🙂
He's a classic nepo baby. Never worked a day in his life. Everything handed to him in a silver platter.
What a gifted young man. Raised without the ego associated with famous family backgrounds.
This sounds excellent and I have Broadway on my list of favorite things to do
Thank you for introducing us to this wonderful and inspiring young man
Definitely has his dads voice. Wishing the best on his rise.
When he said “I can’t tell you that..” that’s a young Denzel Washington for real
Agreed!!
Sounds like dad, his laughter.
I wanna hear him scream "King Kong ain't got shit on me" just once lololol 🤣 😂
Almost clicked past because I didn't recognize the name. So glad I watched. What a wonderful young man.
"Don't go for what's right, go for what's true."
He sound just like his Dad and his profile, just like him as well.
Bruh when Stephen asked him for his power spot and that open mouth laugh, the Denzel mannerisms are crazy.
He does sound exactly like his Legendary father !
He so absolutely does NOT sound like him at all
Agreed!
Just watching Tenet for the first time and I was amazed! I saw this young black man walking and talking and I had to check the listing (😊I saw and heard Denzel ) I knew these had to be Denzel's son. Great actor Mr and Mrs Washington kudos to you both
" You know what it is.."😁😁😁 That's gonna be me praying before my life or death exam tomorrow! Never heard how much he sounds exactly like Denzel! Fell in love with him in Black Klansman.
He is already an amazing actor! I like all his works
He sounds like his father.
He did a great job The Piano Lesson.
You don't "lay it out for Him." You lay it out for yourself. Focusing on your problem in prayer helps you see it from a (hopefully) higher perspective. That can make the answer easier to receive, wherever your faith tells you that answer comes from.
How I wish I could get to NY to see him act sounds amazing!!!❤
whenever a talkshow host puts a playbill in front of the camera it makes me think of Bradley Cooper and Jimmy Fallon trying to get through that legendary Elephant Man interview where they could not stop laughing, it's brilliant!
Well educated young man,,,,
He has his father's accent.
he even laughs like him! haha
He sure does and it’s a New York accent despite him growing up in LA.
I believe John David can accomplish everything before him. Congrats. Matt there be an additional extension.
Wow….He sounds exactly like his father…if you only listen & don’t watch…..you think it’s Denzel speaking…..Nice family…….🩵
Him and his father have the same voice
I like John David in Amsterdam and had no idea he was Denzel's son. He'll go far in his own right. But sure does sound like his dad..
Stephen Colbert john David Washington got father awesomeness job interview
He is so fiiiiiiine
whoa, spiritual moment at 0:20 seconds i think a celestial orb. john david's uncle coming through.
I had no idea !!!
You are wonderful, and your father is a genius. As for the Art of Prayer and your chain,, we
must add the hundreds of millions of your net worth, that could transform a hungry African village that could become a healthy village, of healthy people, for whom you couldn't care less. Pray on.
What an idiotic comment
Great interview
he is stunning and so smart. Wonder where he gets that from? 😉
I watched the episode in reverse just in case it was inverted
I feel like I'm watching a research model for pass-down genetics.
His parents raised him right.....
👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 🖖🏾 🥂
awesome job in TENET
You can see his dad in him
👍👍
Denzel gave his son good upbringing, JDW seems such a gentleman. On the other hand Tom Hanks who is equally loved and respected like Denzel failed as a parent considering what Chet hanks has been doing for the past few years
Denzel is old school. He believed in discipline and consequences for your actions.
Me encanta pero nose yngles traducido en españolgracias❤
he looks like Lenny Kravitz😊
Goblin mode 👺
Hal taggart talk about Spencer Tracy
My husband!
I am 71 and was told you cannot get this unless you're on Medicaid.
Ballers show is my shit yo
Hmm 🤔
I see a beautiful nose.
ummmm...sometimes during this interview he sounded just like his father. So rich.....
Never heard of him I'm a way better a tor I should already be famous its bullshit people I'm way better than getting famous before me it's called luck and connections not talent
Lies, talent is is needed. John David Washington worked his way up. People didn’t know Denzel was his dad. So you need to work harder.
blah blah blah... lame seg... gee 9 mill subs and only 74k views for an what can only be a legend in the making of course because of, ya know, DNA an all... well, I'd say with the 150 mil he's set to inherit when pops Splitsville he'll own waaay more spaces than he already does... only none in the world of revered artists, although his "team" & community will no doubt try to make it a reality by sheer will of article writing and dropping complimentary pieces in GQ or Mens' Health or Vanity or booking him on sycophantic late night lameness... it's so blatantly obvious that "the machine" is hard at work trying to convince the "mainstream" that we have a "reluctant" Brando on our hands... right... how many movies now under his belt?
Would love to see a prequel to The Equalizer starring John David
