    Hello leesa,
    I like to know if a couple are not getting a housing there in Norway then is it possible to show any hotel booking for about 15 /30 days before applying for visa? Is showing hotel booking will lead to visa rejection?

    Hi leesa, assuming a dependent stays 3 years in Norway doing blue colar jobs, meet A2. can the person qualifies to apply for PR. By so doing, the main student too will be able to get the PR due to his/ her dependant. Note: its blue colar job

    • @LEESAS
      @LEESAS  10 месяцев назад

      No, you do not qualify. You must be either on a work permit for 3 years or be on a family immigration permit (with a reference person having a work permit or Permanent Residency) for 3 years to be eligible for Permanent Residency. If you are doing blue-collar job but you are working under a family immigration permit (with a reference person as a student) then nothing of those years counts for PR.

      Nothing has changed for kids. Kindergarten fees are partially covered by the public and the additional fee is set according to the family's income. School education is free.

    Hello I have an inquiry about the part where you said how long we have spent together. We are getting married soon in the next three months and hoped I’d move after we married. We have known each other since 2018. I have never been to Norway but he has visited 4 times a year except the Covid years. We communicate regularly. So do they consider the time we have personally spent together or after the marriage?

      It depends on which country you are applying from. For some countries, they take these requirements very seriously and for some they are bit flexible.

      @@LEESASHello,firstly I’d like to thank you for making such a well detailed video,I would love to get some more information from you concerning my situation,I’m a 20 year old Nigerian,and I’m married to a Norwegian woman,it’s been so difficult dealing with the distance,as we heard it would be difficult to issue me a family immigration visa because I’m not up to the age of 24,but recently we started to read online that there are cases where there could be exemptions,they stated in the UDI webpage that if we are both from countries with different culture and traditions,and secondly if the country i come from isn’t known for forced marriages,I looked at more than 15 countries mentioned and I did not see Nigeria mentioned among those countries but they did state the the list isn’t exhaustive,I would like to know if you have anymore information that could be helpful concerning my family immigration visa,my wife seems to think after two years of marriage that I can be granted a visa but she still isn’t sure,I’d really appreciate it if you got back to me with some more information,thanks in advance🙏

      @@bobbyrichards7148 Hi, if Nigeria is not on the list and forced marriage is not common there then you probably will be granted visa. But also be aware that family immigration is a very long process specially if you are married to Norwegian or EU citizen, The current waiting time is 9 months and I have seen people waiting for 2 years. I am sorry but I also do not have better news than this for you. Best of luck.
