Hmm nice one Brian for those who like Microsoft stuff me I have been using Libre Office for years as it is just as good infact I would go as far as to say it is better and no interferiing or checking by Microsoft..

What about Office 2024 which is released this year? Office 2016/2019/2021/2024 is the non-subscription version which doesn't new features as Micrsoft 365 does. They have been coming out with new versions every 3 years

Good video Brian, but i would like to have an alternative to Microsoft Outlook thats free, not gmail or aol etc. I want to be able to save my emails to a folder that is on my computer, not in the cloud or server. You cannot save emails to your computer with gmail etc. You can with Outlook as a .PST which can be saved onto your computer.

I use Windows Live Mail (part of the 2012 Windows Essentials installation) which works fine for me. All my e-mails drop straight onto my computer - I've even set several different e-mail accounts.
