    Hello! First I want to say I always enjoy your videos! I am watching this video released a year ago for the first time and find it extremely educational by allowing us to see firsthand how each diffuser effects the beam. I liked the 25 degree diffuser best as an everyday normal use diffuser. At first, I thought the 10 degree version would be my favorite, but the extra spill of the 25 degree version trumped my fondness for the extra throw of the 10 degree version. Thanks for your excellent work and dedication in putting together really interesting material!

    I have decided to buy the 60 for my S2+ SST20, I think this will be amazing for the tight and twisty mines and caves I like to explore.

    I'm sure this is the best TIR lens review on RUclips to date!
    Which of these lenses would you recommend for night jogging? I believe that the 60 degree one is just too floody to have any relevant use outside of a closed environment, what is your opinion sir?

      Hello sir. About 30-45° sir they are the best. 30° can throw more. I have convoy h1 with 30°. I think it's really good. Quite floody but with medium throw. Thanks for watching and your support sir 😊. Please subscribe 🙏.

S21 lights will be used for just cruising at night. I have the M21B 4000k 70.2 that works great in the rain and lights up the mountain bike trails super easy. $25 convoy outperforms a bike specific headlight for an 8th of the price. It's crazy. Thank you so much for your informative and excellent videos! I found your channel some days ago and already watched soooo many videos. :-D Perfect combination of lights and bikes! :-) Can I ask you for advice on bike lights? But I have already searched around and watched your videos. So I have so many ideas, but I can not decide. I try to describe my problem: I already have a Sofirn SC31 Pro(SST40, my first good flashlight, I like it very much). But when riding quick downhill on a fast road, the road directly in front of me is far to bright, while in the distance there is not enough light. No problem uphill because I am heavy and very slow. :-D I put a plastic pipe with a shield on the Sofirn - to narrow the beam and also to avoid blinding other people/cars in traffic. But the shield is big, ugly and inefficient. :-) On convoy store I have seen a striped lens for biking for S2+. It is different to the lenses you are testing: It has only vertical lines, to make the beam less high. I learnt from your amazing videos that a culpm1 gives more throw... :-D So I think about buying a S2+ with culpm1 and a striped lense. But I don't know if it has enough throw... What do you think? Do you recommend a secondary thrower that I can switch off in traffic? I saw you also have 2 lights on your bike. I think about a C8+/M21A - or is a M21B better? And I watched your video about helmet light mounts, so I think... stop thinking (I tell myself). Sorry for this long text. There are so many options. What do you recommend? :-)

      @@gs78798 Hello sir. I think if you want to find flashlights for cycling, sofirn if25a is a good choice as it can give you flood and some throw. Ramping up and down is good when you want to adjust the lights. Or convoy s21b - use 2 s21b. One for throw and one for flood. I use s21b Sst40 5000k for throw and s21b xhp50.2 4000k for flood. When there is a vehicle coming, I will turn of the throw light until it goes past me. Both sofirn if25a and convoy s21b are not big and use 21700 so I think they're great for cycling. Thanks for watching and your support sir. 😊

      @@weerapatkiatdumrong Thank you so much for your answer! Now I have watched all your videos about Sofirn IF25A. :-D Very impressive brightness and looks like a good allround bike light. But the beam pattern looks similar to my SC31 Pro (very floody). I can still use my SC31 Pro for offroad riding where I need a floody light. I think for riding on roads I will buy one or two S21B flashlights and will use them as you mentioned. One angled down to the ground, lower brightnes level, always on, use also in traffic. Another one for throw and to turn off in traffic - with a cable remote from Convoy. :-)

    • @gs78798
      @gs78798 2 года назад +1

      As far as I can tell from your beamshots, the S21B with SST40 seems to have a little bit more throw than the SC31 Pro (SST40) - and a little bit less flood. Is it the same in real life? :-D
      By the way: Huge respect for your technical offroad skills and sending it downhill in the woods! :-) My offroad riding is much slower on smooth and flat paths or even dirt roads - in daylight. :-D :-D
