Though I'm very much interested about the job role and taking up the course, people are demotivating by saying many company secretaries work for some other job roles like managers or some small roles irrelevant to cs profession. Sir I am member in no. Of groups on WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media as well where I have seen more than 200 opportunities/vacancies for CS in last 1.5 years BUT I have never seen except in few cases where company offer more than 8-10 lacs package and on top of that the req is 8-10 years of experience plus LLB......is this the worth of CS ...we do so much of hard work in hope of gud future and this is what we get.... I m so much worried of my future prospects after witnessing this..... sometimes I doubt my decision of getting into this profession... I feel sad for myself
How long is your career? Please see long term. The long term benefits outweighs the short term challenges
But what if 15 years down the line also I end up earning 12 LPA? Which is starting of a good college MBA freshers 😌 How can you be so sure of growth in future?

Sir as a cs student we have to study some numerical based subjects such as FM , CMA . So what's cs role in FM or CMA ,, basic knowledge is ok ,, but we study fm , cma in depth ...

Some companies recruit CA + CS for highest positions in Governance and Accounting/ Finance, so it is one of the best combinations to pursue.

Sir You are right! But i have a question.. Why will a Startup or Companies (have no PSC of 10Cr or more) will appoint a CS for such jobs like u mentioned in video. They will Hire a CA who will do their own Work & our compliance work also with ROC.

Good evening sir, very nice video and very assertive explanation. Sir, my age is 41, I was working in a secretarial & compliance dept of a small sized closely held public company for last 14 years. I have left my job since last 1 year and preparing for CS Executive Program under new syllabus. I sincerely request your guidance regarding opportunities which may be available for me after completion of my course, considering my age. This query is specifically relevant to my age as I always here that since I am 40 plus I will not be able to get job easily as students in very early age are completing the CS course and companies prefer such young people.
You can be a consultant as you have good experience. Don't worry aboit age. It can be an advantage

We can't give a number. It is usually between 40k to 70k per month. The range depends on the candidate.

Where as CA fresher will earn 70k minimum.
But effort is equal.
You are just seeing a small reality. I can show you fresher cs with 50k and 75 k salary too. Also please see long term. The starting salary does not matter in a long career of 30 to 40 years.
