While ''overgasted'' might not be correct, I would give him the benefit of the doubt that he meant to say ''overcasted'', which is a correct word. Also, ''flabberwhelmed'' is a correct word (an adjective) that means flabbergasted and overwhelmed.

BOSEDE: I know you were at the Edo state house of assembly. So how has your experience in the state assembly prepared you for the challenges of the national assembly?

I dont understand why Nigeria's like to make a show of things! Does he think he is 'cool' speaking with such words? Even Wole Soyinka does not speak like this! & most importantly, how does his 'big words' help the masses? How does it work in the favour of the people he represents? I dont think he should be praised one bit, if all he does is speak in a language ordinary and even educated Nigerian cant understand and cant use to make their lives better!!
