- With Labour questioning UK arms exports to Israel due to the Rafah offensive, Nick Ferrari speaks to the IDF's former Deputy Commander Amir Avivi.
The former Deputy tells Nick Ferrari that: 'the West does not want Israel to win the war... it's either Hamas or us'.
This comes as Israel said it has taken operational control of the Gaza side of the Rafah crossing after rejecting Hamas' ceasefire proposal as a "ruse". The IDF said the crossing had been captured and cut off, with special forces now in the area.
Labour's new West Midlands mayor told LBC he would ‘absolutely’ support an arms embargo on Israel, and Rishi Sunak has expressed 'deep concern' over the situation. The US has also stopped sending bombs to Israel over these concerns.
Amir Avivi was accused by Nick Ferrari of 'dodging the question' when asked 'what sort of life is it for these innocent children, Deputy?'

@@TheAshube9the figure was 2 children. One child shot through a door by a stray bullet, and the other was a unborn child that died after its mother was killed. Both terrible but there was no beheaded babies, burnt babies. Israel published the list of the dead from October 7th and it was 2 children.

The 40 beheaded babies lie. Actual fact is only 1 baby died (not beheaded) total on October 7th! Nick called out Angela Rayner for not knowing how many kids class sizes over 30 yet he calls himself a journalist allowing lies to be repeated unchallenged.

It was reported that approximately 30 children, one of whom was a baby, died that day, but not in the manner described. There is no excuse to keep repeating stories that are not true.
