The heads and skulls go on the Bad Blood. The heads are supposed to represent characters from the comics that the Bad Blood killed. The "weird little thing" is a dreadlock that was torn off the Bad Blood Predator in the comic by one of the characters. The mask for Bad Blood is also unique as he never wears a mask in the comic.
While its not in the actual Bad Blood comic, Dark Horse made a prequel comic of sorts that featured the Bad Blood (its within the Omnibus collection) where he wears this golden biomask in one panel. So, yes its a unique design, but not one of Neca's original designs

I really only want the Bad Blood because I love the more unique looking predators. I love Big Red and Nightstorm, so he'd be great too. But with how expensive he is, I minds well pay less for more accessories and another figure. I do hate the skin coloring, but they look great.
I've always also thought the purple shading was a reference to Shredder from TMNT. since his Mask more or less appears to be similar to Shredder's as well.
Steven McCann I just got this 2 pack and the Ultimate Elder Golden Angel, 2 of the three Figs had problems, Elder had a broken gauntlet blade right out of the box, the piece was gone so I couldn’t glue it on and the Enforcer was much worse, the lone gloth diaper area was warped, the hip joints were un level because of the warping, also the legs themselves had minor warping, I did manage to get the figure in a good battle pose and it is literally the only pose the figure can do. There were other areas of minor warping the problems I see that are causing this is first the way the figures are packaged, they need to be all posed in a certain way to fit the plastic container, instead they just throw the figure in push on it as hard as possible then they are tieing the figure too tight. The other thing which is a theory is I feel like the plastic they are using now is not as good as it used to be, I just bought a figure last year that came out in 2015, the plastic for that figure was much softer, there was no warping or brittleness even after being in a box for years. The plastic they are using now feels too hard, its brittle, it warps, they are either using a cheap recycled mixture of plastics or something wrong is happening when the plastic is cooling after being molded. I also had warping issues with the Ultimate Ahab. Even with the issues I had I still feel like I got better figures compared too what other people have gotten. Neca figures from what I have seen have a 50 to 75 percent chance of having a QC issue, with 40% of those figures having issues so bad the figure is no even good. These numbers are insane, people do complain all the time on every social media platform available but still Neca hasn’t done a thing about it, either they can’t fix the problem or they don’t care, in fact they are banking more money because now we are buying multiples of the same figure in order to end up with a good one, either way Neca is bullshitting and the need to clean that shit up. Neca could be the best action figure company in the world if they stopped being so lazy and Greedy. I still buy them but I am fed up, I don’t have much money, instead of buying a neca, I save the money and in a few months you got yourself a Hot Toy. I am Buying Wolf this month, can’t wait til he ships

Picked these up right after Christmas, love the figures and definitely must haves for any Predator fan's collection.
