I absolutely loved the story that the waiter told about Dolly. I know she helps so many people but this is just another example of how giving she is. Great video!
Your meals looked great, and the snow was beautiful. I really loved getting to hear the waiter's stories. A lot of what the service industry wants staff to be is so fake. It was nice to hear someone being himself and telling interesting genuine stories, one of which that was personal to himself.
Oh that was lovely. I love to go to lunch when there is a snow storm. One time it started snowing hard early in the morning and the forecast was for more (New York). Lived in an apartment at the time so went down town to park the car in a garage. On the way home, stopped at a Bar and Grill and had lunch. Snow got worse moved to the bar, the place was packed and the fun was great. Later they had free food, snacks for everyone. Walked home in a foot of snow with a happy tummy and warmed by two glasses of wine. Perfect storm.

Great spot! Enjoy the snow Florida boy, and be safe! We just left Florida after 25 years and came back "home" to Ohio. We were greeted with snow and cold...but our memories took over and we put away our flip flops and got some proper shoes, coats, gloves and hats! Lol

Hey new subscriber here from East Texas. Binge watching. Growing up on a large ranch, our family of 5 was blessed enough to take two vacations a year that always included Tennessee, the great smokey mountains and hopefully continues. Those buffetts were a real treat for us country kids. Loved em then and love em now! OK, I know times have changed and inflation stings the pocketbook especially today. It's not the 1960s, 70s, or 80s but paying almost 50 bucks for burgers, fries and coke is a bit much don't ya think? I just don't know if I'd do it. Maybe, but I wouldn't like it! Food, atmosphere, server was great but yikes! Love your honesty and flamboyance. God Bless and keep having fun!
There are a lot more affordable places, but we went there to check it out since it was newer at the time and every once in a while we do splurge a bit!!

If you do, I would love to see you two do a review of The Baht which is newly opened in Gatlinburg, I’ve seen two reviews only and each time it’s completely empty, I don’t think anyone knows it’s there… I’m sure they would LOVE the visibility your channel brings. The view looks spectacular and from what I’ve seen everyone RAVES about the food.
Awesome story about the waiter, we were just in that area for my grandsons last week Spring break and stayed at the Rivers edge inn which did not have a good breakfast, so for 4 days we were walking every morning to flapjacks which was great and noticed on our last day Crocketts pancake house was just across the street from flapjacks, and missed out on that Cumberland Jacks Restaurant which was by there also, and after watching this video , I wish we had gone by there for dinner or lunch, We are learning how to get around Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge now since this was our 2nd time visiting, Thanks to you all for your advice 👍😀😀🙏
We visited Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for the first time October 2022. It was a quick stay, as we were there only for one full day. We hope to return maybe later this year. Thanks for the video here. Everything looked amazing.
Greetings from North Mississippi. We were there 3 weeks ago. Walked over and looked at the big menu hanging outside of Cumberland Jack's. We had Ober Mountain tickets at 9 o'clock the next morning. Our plan was to come back down and eat at Cumberland Jack's. However the town was so crowded we opted to head on to Knoxville and grab lunch on our way back to our home in North Mississippi. Definitely going to give it a try when we come back this Spring . Enjoyed your video so much. Looking forward to others soon.
