Monica Perera I prefer the ATG tape :) And the recollections tape is great 2! Its more convenient but the ATG has a better value ❤️

Hi, no question is ever a bad one. The tool is called a twilling tool. There are many twilling tools on the market. Paper rafters use them to make the most beautiful swirls out of tiny paper strips. I’ve seen them at hobby lobby but amazon is sure to have what you need
