well, unfortunately, you're not the judge there. These are Michelin Star Chefs, they uphold the highest standards in each dish they taste. Or do you think you can serve them an undercooked egg as an analogy of what happened here? Every flaw in each dish will be seen through by them. Its on them if it is acceptable or not, as some dishes served in this show had flaws but not that big that affects the overall quality of the dish.
