I'm David, the guitarist of the band. First of all I want to say thanks to all of you in name of Ankor for your support, you're awesome! Regarding the song, the message is not the birth of a child. My uncle died without enjoying his son, but still, my cousin grows and enjoys life believing that his father cares for him wherever he is. My cousin has his own angel, do you have yours? :)

Discovered these guys in the sidebar on youtube during an Amaranthe video and took a look at them. I love them. This track is very hard for anyone that listens to it and watches the video to not get emotional watching. Anyone that has loved someone that they have lost will surely appreciate it.. How the hell is this melodic death metal lol there nothing death about the birth of a child or the pain of losing the child either. I'm a father 5 children and have one I had to bury.
Sorry but you have misunderstood the meaning of the song, it's about losing someone very close to you. This song is based on a true story, something that happened to the band's guitarist and songwriter David Romeu. The reason why this video features the woman having the baby is probably because she has lost the father of the child.
