Not all resellers are bad. I sell on tcg and eBay and am usually able to be the Lowest price and sell loose packs and everything else. I have several loyal customers, because they know everything I've sold them is as legit as it coming from Pokemon center. Please don't generalize all resellers to be the same.. I've also had around 11,000 sales with 100% feedback in around the last 18 months.

But the website i use don't have Surging Sparks up yet. Same with other sites. I'll say this now, I don't think the other sites will beat these prices, but they should be very comparable. If they are, I already have of points with the other site to earn more credit off my order. So I'll just wait and see. Surprised they still aren't available to pre order yet.
I usually only bother buying the PC etbs for the specialty sets. When you can find regular etbs for 35 bucks paying 60 hurts even with the two packs and promo.

Unfortunately I don’t know because sometimes PC exclusive ETBs sell out and then restock when the set comes out, but you can always pre order and then cancel before they ship without penalty, like they don’t charge until they get ready to ship
