বহুবার নানানভাবে চেষ্টা করেছি কিন্তু কখনোই বিরিয়ানির স্বাদ আনতে পারিনি, আশাহত হয়ে বিরিয়ানি কখনো বানাতেই চাইতাম না অবশেষে মনে অনেকটা সাহস সঞ্চয় করে আপনার রেসিপি ফলো করে আজ বানালাম। এতোটা সুন্দর হবে ভাবতেই পারিনি আর বাড়িতে খেয়ে তো সবাই প্রশংসা করেছে। আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ অতনু দা এত নিখুতভাবে রেসিপি টা শেয়ার করার জন্য ❤️

Ingredients: 1. 1.5 kg chicken
2 .aloo 6pc
3.garam masala - 5-6 elaichi, 5-6 long, 1 pc joitri, kalo elach , sada golmorich , 2pc dar chini , sada jeera
4.refind oil , ghee
5. onions ,water
6. Kasmiri lal mirch 2tbs, haldi 1 tbs
7.mitha attar, 2 drops, ada rosun bata jol
8. Lobon, aloo bokhora , tok doi
9 . Garam masala
10. 2 bayleaf ,2 darchini , 5 ta golmorich ,4 ti lobong ,lobon
11 .1 kg basmati rice.
12.200ml milk , 50 gr. Khoya khir . Elaichi powder
13. 2 cup water, 2 tbs rose water , 2 tbls keora watar , mitta attar , jafrani colour
14.ghee

All your recipes are mouth-wateringly delicious! And above all, your way of presentation is very very amicable. What I love the most is; your caring nature when you present a recipe. A great love and passion for cooking is there!
But one thing I have to say here is that; Dada-Boudi’s biriyani doesn’t at all match to any class [if compared to Arsalan Park circus; or even Zam-Zam Ripon Street]. It is overwhelmingly hyped and runs purely on gimmick! Their only USP is the abnormally large sized potato and the meat!
Biriyani is a gourmet of the kings! Here, size is the last thing which would matter. The substantial thing which is very important is the TASTE!

@@indranilgupta6812dude to tell you the truth I had never been a fan of Kolkata’s bland sub par Biryani from Aminia and Arsalan. They don’t at all look royal or something that you had mentioned as being what King’s would eat.
Whereas Dada Boudi biryani has damn fine taste and flavor.
But I can understand that people have different tastes and some might appreciate something else over the other so good luck to you.
