Spudzie, thank you for making the mechanics of this strike make sense. I tried it the other day with the guild, we whiped a few times and eventually got it but I feel I never actually understood how and what we did to get there. Like, it really didn't make any sense to me. This video was super helpful!
I tried this as newbie with other new player and we got totally destroyed by the mechanics. And I could not spawn a portable waystation to aid in interrupting the CC bar.
Heyy, appreciate the guide, but how do i join this mission? i see the private joinable instance where mad king was, but how do i join a public version? Cheers.
I don't think you can join a "public" version for the new strikes just like eod, you need to form a squad and then join a private instance. LFG is your friend
@@madmeaty9445 this isn’t the Battle for Lions Arch instance. This is the Lions Court strike mission. Strikes don’t have a Public instance that’ll be run like The Battle does. You’ll need to get a group together. But they’re is a training tab for Strike Missions in the LFG, very good place to start.
Even though you explained all mechanics in a short way I feel you could have went way more into detail explaining mechanics and it's difficulties. You missed out on the spawn order and that CCing will change the attack patterns, when you phase the single enemies and a lot more that I was thinking you would go for when the video was already over. Not that any that you say is wrong, I just feel a lot was left out.
But that’s just not true. I went over the spawn order, that’s why the video is formatted in red/green/blue. I went over the CC changing the attack pattern in the first 20 seconds of the video.
But why? It's nerf war2? The game developers bleam the players for making good armor? Yes. Don't take this game seriously. They will punish you when you make good build.

Happy to help :)!
Very great guide. Got to do this day one and it was some of the most fun mechanics I’ve seen in a game in a while. Keep up the great content!
Thank you I appreciate it! The strike is a very nice piece of content.

My advice is to just ignore the cc bars. Minus the ones where the entire stage is covered. Those are a must.
Holy crap there’s new content to come back and play
Hell yeah man! Worth it forsure!
awesome guide and a great strike!
Thank you!!

they said they'll add this to the eye of the north 2h rotation like marionette etc
@@RbDaP Appreciate the reply, I was wanting to unlock the weapons, but I have completed the public version and they are still locked.

thank you for your guide !
You’re welcome!
Nice guide. Ty. Can u share what build are u using? Ty again.
You’re welcome. I’ll link the build when I’m home :)
And what are the rewards
Ascended weapons and minis. The weapons are replicas of the bosses weapons. Checkout the green shard vendor in lions arch and arborstone :)
This one snuck up on me. All the way til a little past half way it’s easy. Then there is so much shit on screen it’s overwhelming for your first time.

But why playing games where they nerf everything? This development game don't care about your wellness and time. Not worth your time.
