1.5 in Oakville will never happen. It will sell for around 5 to 5.5 million. Plus that area bigger homes are being built. Check back in 5 yrs and you'll be surprised. Chartewell road once looked like this area but look at it now.

Go 1 block north in Oakville and the same house and lot size would go for around $4M. This is south of Lakeshore and a stone throw distance to Lake Ontario. If it was on the water with Riparian rights it would be at least $17M. This is Oakville folks. Allure... Prestige and yes overpriced for most but not for those who want to be distinguished from the average millionaires. Built and targeted for sale to foreign investors from across the Pacific im sure...

the kitchen even though it was a big size to me felt small because of the all white, it needed some color to it and then would have looked like a kitchen not a hospital kitchen
Clean and bright is one thing but this recent move towards sterile white almost everywhere is out of hand. If I wanted sterile white I'd move into a hospital ward... No thanks, give me some colour on the walls and I'll celebrate wood's tones, be it natural or stained!!!
This house is whiter than Tilda Swinton.....in a snow storm.....fighting a yeti. I understand not going ham on the colors to help the potential buyers visualize themselves in the house but jeez, this is bland!
Great house, great interiors, with terrible furniture and wallpaper, could be fabulous, just add colour with fabrics etc! Still needs a bigger back garden. But new build at today's prices....big cost
