That's not the real "going rate." It's just what they ask to see if you're willing to hand them an extra $700 in profit. Don't.
I always tell them what I knew, that all they do is connect the battery and put on mirrors, which this video proves. And besides, MSRP is RETAIL price. You can't sell a bike unless I can ride off on it.
