Trevors idea to do this in the dark with more advanced equipment is on POINT. I would loveee to see that. I love this game. I think team would have more fun with some of the more advanced equipment too, its more fun and user friendly at like tier 2+ in my opinion. Loved this!!

Not sure how they did it, but my guess is OBS (or the like) captures gameplay and the cam into the same footage, so what they get is what we’re seeing. They didn’t have to manually place each person with their footage.

As someone who has over 400 hours in this game, there’s some things you should know:
1. The first thing you want to find is the ghosts favorite room. In every match the ghost picks a room of the house where it will do the most interactions, and where it will hunt from. The favorite room will always be colder than the rest of the house.
2. Another thing you’ll want to do is turn on the breaker. This will make the game a lot easier for you. If you’re in the dark, your sanity will drain much faster.
3. I recommend playing this game on Professional difficulty. It seems advanced, but these games go by the fastest. The ghost interacts the most without it being super aggressive.
4. Most ghosts hunt at a threshold of 50% sanity. Keeping an eye on it is incredibly important because if it hunts above an average of 50%, then it narrows which ghosts it can be by a lot (this is a bit more advanced, but very helpful.)
5. Certain ghosts have certain behaviors. For example, Oni’s can not do the airball ghost event, and goryos can not change its favorite room. Shades will never do ghost writing with you in the room, and mares can not turn on a light. Learning the ghosts quirks like these make it very easy to find which ghost it is.
This game is a lot scarier when you do not know the ghosts behaviors, but I promise it gets easier the more you play. I would love to see this become a series so we can see them advance and be able to call out and learn the ghosts abilities!!
Yeah I wish they at least had one person who actually knew the game and had better equipment. Level 1 equipment is so bad 😭 I wish Damien was in this since he plays Phasmo every once in a while and just did a stream at TwitchCon with the Phasmo team!
