Popping in to say that the crowd loved the band!!! I’m the kid at the front with the dead milkmen shirt. They were opening for lifetime so the crowd that was there for lifetime really wasn’t all too familiar with gouge away but when lifetime came on I can assure you it was pretty batshit
I don't think there's a contradiction with the audience. It's simply the style: It's not the style to dive and mosh in the pit or slam... It's a style close to emocore so as to feel within. In addition, part of the audience is shocked or given to the act of listening up and that's the reason why they are focusing on the wave.
Completely disagree. I have seen people fucking shit up and climbing rafters at a tigers jaw show. Type of music doesnt matter u just gotta get into it
