I'm pretty sure not all who attended this event are Moomoos but the fact that MAMAMOO can hype literally everyone in the event (based on the cheers) just proves how spectacular they are!
@@GaaraFan01 They do, but official recording of the performances have the vocal track added, so you can't hear their actual live voices very clearly. It's on fan cams at the event like this where you can actually hear the true audio and there is clearly no vocal track (other than the minor harmonies and backup vocals).
When people lip sync and continue to the same choreo like robots it’s very lackluster but live vocals add so much to a performance it gives it energy, you know?
I hate the production crew for messing up our queens stage performance but they always slayed it by savagely doing what they're good at...Going LIVE...

Given Mamamoo's biggest asset and what sets them apart from other girl groups is their ability to hype a crowd (especially with adlibs), I don't think Illella was the best song to showcase that. Don't get me wrong it's still nice, but it doesn't play to their strengths and uniqueness imo. Their b-side L.I.E.C is more that kind of style (like Um Oh Ah Yeah or Yes I Am), and is closer to the fun/lighthearted/easy-to-sing-along image of Mamamoo which the Korean public likes. Plus, they revealed it was originally supposed to be the title track 🥲 I hope they have another comeback after their world tour and it gets the appreciation it deserves!!
