Its always difficult to pull away from this track and Im mean it in the best way
Listening to this after a few hits is kind of an awakening experience. I could feel my blood pumping in sync with the music. The second part, on the other hand, felt like I’d levitate for a while and then hover through the clouds.
Always amazing..just takes your mind off all the bad in this world, even if it’s for a few minutes.
A very moving, powerful closing track to this album.
What a gorgeous track - the best of the album by far imo. The title and fantasy ambiance reminds me of some of the background stories about Tolkien's Gandalf who chooses to learn wisdom at something like a "temple of sorrow' which then becomes the source of his power ". . . though he loved the Elves, he walked among them unseen, or in form as one of them, and they did not know whence came the fair visions or the promptings of wisdom that he put into their hearts. In later days he was the friend of all the Children of Ilúvatar, and took pity on their sorrows; and those who listened to him awoke from despair and put away the imaginations of darkness" (from "Unfinished Tales")
The first half of this song sounds like something to listen to while watching the downpour of rain outside a window.

Or maybe YOU shouldn't repair something that is already working well? What the hell is going on in France??? I've noticed the last seven years that something was wrong with the French musicians. Daft Punk released the disgusting latest album. Jean-Michel Jarre after the experimental album "Metamorphoses" in general ceased to please with decent music.
And you know what? My musical horizons are more than vast but everything has it's reasonable limits.
When I've heard the M83 for the first time (it was 2009) I literally absorbed every song and now (last two "albums") 95% what I hear from them is causing me only shock and irritation. If these guys are prone to Hollywood syndrome (when the ideas just run out) then I can share a couple ideas for free.
