For a concussion, treat with ginseng and physio. Supplement with coconut oil. You may need to go on HRT for a short period of time.
Concussion is a hormone disruptor. Make sure to get regular sleep. Nap if you have to.
Relative to neuroscience these are best practices. This coming from somebody who had a couple of concussions and wanting to avoid CTE.

Vintage Radio is definitely coffee worthy! Great review Jose! have this one and also have Paragon and actually prefer this one over Paragon because the plum lasts longer in Vintage Radio. Keep up the great work and take care!

I have bought some awful ones as of late. Two even went in the garbage. I couldn't even pass them on. I think this one may be a real winner. Great review.

I can't help much with the injury thing, but as for your hard drive...I always follow a rule to having a "cold backup" drive, can be any hard drive or SSD, but make sure you have a backup, of a backup, so even if your main and backup drive break, you still don't lose everything.
Also back up your files monthly!

I haven't been able to get and find Vintage Radio. I got Al Nashama instead.
There are only two Initio Paragon clones. Vintage Radio and Al Nashama.
Aromatix Neeb gave Al Nashama a 10 out of 10. Vintage Radio is more masculine leaning. Al Nashama is more feminine.
