I let go of everything from my ex husband. Not all at once it was over the course of a couple of years but the last bits attached to him (the house i still lived in that we moved into together and all the furniture we bought together) i finally moved out of that house a month ago and sold all the furniture as well as telling my ex that we have no ties anymore so theres no reason to be in communication anymore

I know I have one wound left and that’s abandonment wound which keeps coming up and using the mirror exercises. I do feel more peace each day and looking at his photos brings me peace and joy. I am going to keep going to heal the blocks between us.
