Do you own or have tested out both scents? If so, which is your favorite?
Ok but hear me out. I tested both Viva La Juicy and Gold Couture on separate wrists and I felt like I was wearing Good Girl all day. So I sprayed actual Good Girl later that night and I couldn’t smell it. I think I got anosmic because the two smells combined was so similar to Good Girl.
Honestly I am not surprised by that because there are a lot of similarities..even Rolling in Love by Kilian which is sooo popular now smells damn near identical to Good Girl. IMO
I looove juicy couture but it doesn‘t even last 2 Hours. Today i tested good girl, like it too. Lasts longer but not that seductive like gold Couture
I've had similar issues with another Juicy Couture scent so I can relate but which do you like more?
I used to be obsessed with fragrances yearssss ago to the point I would look forward to my monthly cosmo, Elle girl, & seventeen magazine so that I could smell the advertised/newly released fragrances on the sample scent cards/pages & I worked at a pharmacy then so I was able to request orders for whatever fragrances I wanted, & I got them half off. It was a teenage dreammm. Im 31 so this was a thing for me when I was in my late teens. Once I discovered Viva La Juicy in 2010/11, my fragrance collection came to a screeching halt & I solely wore this fragrance for the next 10 years lmao. It became so easy to find dupe versions at even Dollar stores so I just ran with it. I want a new scent now though. I purchased the roller ball bottle of Good Girl last week after telling the employee at Ulta the aforementioned, & asking what was similar to Viva La Juicy but not so similar that it’s the same scent bc I do want it to be different. Idk if it’s just the rollerball not really allowing me to sprits myself so I can smell it on me, but for some reason or another- I can’t smell it even seconds after applying it. I will apply up & down my arms & it will still be very vague. Is this a thing with Good Girl? I’ve always hated rollerball fragrances but they didn’t have a spritz version in the travel size of GG, but I didn’t want to commit to the $70 bottle yet.
Do you have any recommendations that would be similar to a combo of Good Girl & the OG version of Viva La Juicy? *I googled this & that’s how I found your channel & I am now a subbie! I love your commentary & in depth review, but most of all- I love a good comparison of products, & you nailed that!*
Well, no, on me Good Girl lasts all day and the sillage is very strong, people definitely notice it and I have to be careful to not spray too much on. It’s a beautiful scent. Too bad it’s not working for you because this is a beast of a fragrance. I even smelled it on a girl a couple of years ago (she smelled so good) and asked her what perfume she’s wearing (because it was leaving a trail) and she said “good girl” 👌🙂
I've just tried the Carolina Good Girl -just 1 spray on my wrist from a tester - and I could NOT stop talking about how good I smelled! I didn't fall in love immediately, in fact, I walked away from it and went ahead and purchased my favorite fragrance - Viva La Juicy, Juicy Couture and Kenneth Cole Black. An hour later I could not get over how good I smelled and I realized I only sprayed Good Girl on me. I immediately went back to Perfumania and purchased a travel size -i kicked myself in the ass later when I realized I paid ⅓ of that price for just the travel size but I wanted to make sure, and I'm sure this is my new favorite perfume! Also, as I'm watching your video I'm thinking I need to give Juicy Gold another chance. Anyways I really like the way you described your fragrance. Just by your descriptions I would buy 🙂

Good girl was the first designer fragrance that I fell absolutely in love with 😍 I just ordered Gold Couture because I usually end up really loving the fragrance Jeremy Fragrance recommends, and it was on sale. So I really can’t wait to try it out! 🤗

I smelled Juicy Couture Gold and couldn’t remember what it reminded me of. I thought it was Jessica Simpson’s fancy - and they do smell alike. But I realized today that Good girl smells just like Juicy Couture Gold to me. Fancy is a good fill in fragrance if you don’t have either one.

I absolutely adore Carolina Herrera good girl. I bought juicy couture viva la juicy gold today and I hate it. It smells cheap and is giving me a headache. I don’t think it smells youthful IMO. To me, it smells like an older lady who is trying too hard 🤨

I don’t know how you feel about “inspired by” fragrances, but I just received my order of Alexandria Fragrances Naughty Girl and wow it’s 95% the same as Good Girl but stronger and way longer lasting, the only difference to me is it’s less sweet in the dry down than Good Girl. And it was only $34 on Amazon!!! Only need 1-2 sprays max, very concentrated. Good Girl I have to use a lot of sprays for it to last. Anyway just wanted to share! 😊
Thank you for the recommendation because I have no issues with inspired scents. If I can smell similar to it at a fraction of the cost, that sounds like good financial stewardship to me lol. I will definitely have to check them out. Thanks 💛

Lol I do get that synthetic plastic type of smell, not necessarily bug spray but that's hilarious. Fragrance is tricky that way where we all get something different but the more I wore this the more I realized that it didn't work for me either.

Juicy couture gold. Every time I smell that perfume somewhere it reminds me of my grandmother and her friends ... when they meet to play bingo. Smell that reminds me of a classic lady, who smokes her cigarette secretly, do you understand me? There are many who say that it smells like spray to kill bugs, luckily it only lasts 30 minutes and there is a smell of cigarette smoke on the skin, it stays like that for 2 hours and then disappears without a trace. With the price of this you can buy 4 celebrity best in smell and duration ... It could be the first perfume to give to a girl (12 years old) who does not know about perfumes and only, I repeat only for the packaging .. Jeremia gives so much publicity just to ingratiate himself with the woman who made the perfume, the same woman who also makes perfumes for him. Do not be influenced by the publicity that he gives in his videos, there are always interests involved. try before you buy, so as not to throw money in the trash can
I do not get the dark scents in Ch good girl, it smelks just like the regular viva la juicy. Maybe mine is a fake ...
I also found these two similar ! I bought the good girl one from Nordstrom so i dont think its fake
Got the Good Girl perfume travel size/rollerball today cause I thought it smelled nice.. Put it on and realized it smells exactly like the Viva La Juicy perfume that I used to wear 10+ years ago. Also noticed Good Girl smelled a tad metallic to me but I think that’s from the rollerball applicator
Viva la juicy gold is way more sexy than the crap Good girl.Good girl smells like a sweet medical product,is horrible,no lasting power and men don't bother so much about it.Viva la juicy Gold doesn't smell synthetic at all, smells like a warm vanilla amber caramel scent,is seductive and drive men crazy
Learn to clear your noses,i'm working for many years for perfumes.Good girl had good promotion and cool packaging,the scent is basic and horribly made
