I would say that demand for Terastal Festival is high because everybody wants to ride a wave similar to Evolving Skies. Art is not better than ES, set does not have Illustration rares and those crown eeveelutions are not everybodies cup of tea. This looks like a toilette paper demand when covid started.
you are over complicated it. Prices are booming because we are pretty much in the first wave of prints (in some cases for sealed there have been no prints :) and some dummy timmies are buying at irrational pre order price level, they'll get hurt - hope they won't quit the hobby, resellers need their money) ...small divergence but coming back to waves, they will be at least 2-3 additional waves with lots of supply (we don't have supply chain issues as back in covid)... singles will plummet and sealed will slow converge toward MSRP or below. Point.
