More and more POV videos of different walks in life or jobs are popping out. And honestly its always a good watch. Seeing the POV of someone's daily work kinda makes you realize what people go through on different type of work.
The thing i hate about the B7s, and B8s is that the indicator flash on the dash, doesn't go in time with the flash of the external indicators. But that's just my OCD.
I am a truck driver in Sydney driving 22 wheelers and had to move to night shift due to the consistent flow of ass holes who cannot drive or give us space to operate on Sydney roads. My hats off to you sir. I still stand by my view that all bus services should have the driver behind a fully enclosed cabin. But that is just me.
@@busman108 sweet! i can wait then. thank u so much. i have alot of friends in Australia. i am dying to come there. it is a long flight for me though. bec i am all the way in the US. lol
Love this video. I go to school on a city bus in Bundaberg, some of the bus drivers have a death wish. Love to see that you take care when your driving, it’s honestly refreshing.
As someone who catches the bus ALL the time (I ride on a Daewoo BH117L4 Coach/School Bus Chassis & arvo I ride a Scania Volgren Articulated Chassis) it is nice to see what it’s like in the drivers perspective and what it’s like elsewhere in Australia because personally I’m from NSW South Coast so it’s different in every way to Brisbane…
The contrast to where I'm from, it seems like a more rapid way of getting around Cities/Towns in Australia, must be a very high stress threshold being tested there!
Video starts well, as in, we're aboard (I assume, a B7RLE) a proper, reliable bus chassis upon which looks to be an Australian/Swiss marriage of excellence namely the VOLvoGRENda Optimus. Nice video mate.
Amazing video bro 😎, can you do some more videos on driving around please as i am a frequent customer and would like to see what its like as the driver
I've just applied for bus driving in Canberra. Done my written exam and waiting to do the driving one...did you also find it hard to remember your routes since there is no gps? That's what scares me the most 😅
26:16 I used to live that place on the right, looks much more fancy these days 😊👍 cool video full of memories, is it 184\5route? 220? I forget the number 😆 hope your back is 👍
Brisbane transport buses like these don't. 7:34 , most private operators do. And it also depends on builders and specs. Bustech put them in everything they make, but Volgren I think have to be ordered.
Split shift full time workers (Mon - Fri) can make 120,000 + Early shift full timers make 70,000 + If you don't mind working odd hours you can make quite a bit driving a bus. We are screaming for drivers atm, great time to join :)
@@busman108you sure a bus driver can make 120 thousand dollars year ? Because I am applying to be one in Sydney and it says I earn 29$ an hour and after one year it goes to 31$ an hour which is extremely low pay considering what bus driver have to deal with
I did some ligament damage against my sciatic nerve, cannot drive a bus until that clears up unfortunately... But shall smash out many videos when I'm back on my feet. Don't wish this pain on anyone
I work at Eaglefarm, if you look at the Bus number on each Bus you will see a letter at the start. E is for Eaglefarm, T for Toowong etc. Eaglefarm does routes mostly on the Northside, some on the inner south and a few East.

You have to do everything over again in Australia, to bring it up to their standards. Good luck trying to migrate. I couldn’t get it accomplished and wasted valuable time and money.

The lane jumpers scare me at times, not as much as some people blind walking across roads in the city

A truck driver telling people they cannot drive 😂😂😂😂 that’s a good one.

I didn't appreciate the buses in Brisbane until I moved away. Compared to other places I have lived, they are just fantastic.
Thanks for another great video. Liked the intro at the start, and liked the exit talk out.
thanks mate, more videos later this week. Off sick with a bad back at the moment :(

Interesting to watch! Do you guys have a gps to follow or do you just remember all the different roads to take?
Busman = Gigachad
Ah yes... the typical Volgren rattle. Regardless of how new or old the bus is... it still rattles.
And they don’t buy bustech which is superior quality in every way, because of the stupid back door step.
For real, Articulated or not, new or old it has that rattle hahah

Hi Can You Make A Tour Of The Bus
How come you don't listen to your radio reports could help you, because your other bloggers let it run ,fun to listen too.
Do buses in brisbane have the school flashers on them? Or is it NSW only.

If you don’t mind me asking how much do bcc bus drivers earn annually? I’ve always been interested in becoming a driver. 😊
