This is a strong clue that Freddy dragged the others into the facility, yet we dont know how the facility exist.

What I think happoned: Security guard faked his death near where freddy was probably eating chicken at some point on the couch near the DJ booth. Lolbits hair was from yesterday when Freddy shows his new room expansion and so it was left behind. Bon Bon accidentally left his chalk nearby Lolbit and Foxy's room and therefore lolbit found it and kept hold of the chalk.
However the speaker is not relevant to the evidence and has a different reason for being in Bon Bon's room. Also El Chip had no point to the crime.
