I just got my replacement of this pen. It was really stiff. After a few days though I think it will break in and be smoother. I have tried this pen with the ball point style and I like the ball point better. The roller ball looks like on paper but I feel it's too slippery and can bleed through some papers. The ball point allows me to have a little control with my writing.
I my self have the black one. The pen is great and feels silky smooth. However I feel it writes too bolded. Writing on a notebook paper would be a no go. The ink doesn't bleed through but since the notebook paper is thin, the ink can be see through when looking at the back of the paper.
i will like to see you do a video review of cross cit gel in teal turquoise and a cross slim gel refill blue gel in in the pen this pen is gorgeous its the best cross gel pen they came out with
It's hard to get a good look at the pen, not sure it actually came into focus once. Please try to hold the pen still with your hand behind it because this video is just a great shot of the cutting board, sry. Your points maybe valid but it's a video and not just an audio track.

I just got this pen and love it BUT I get annoyed that the middle chrome part smudges easily because that’s where my hand rests when I write with it. Does anyone else get annoyed by that smudging too?

For myself I Prefer Ballpoint Pens as opposed to Fountain Pens. I never tried Rollerball or Gel pens. I do like how the Cross Century Pens.

I love the pen. I have 2 nitron blue one with the Allstate. My only complaint, I think the refills dry out way to quick
When not in use, they all dry a little up and you will experience skips.
I want this type of design for ballpoint pen, I've been searching for it,i think mont blanc one is too expensive

It's NOT a rollerball. Cross doesn't make that refill. It's a GEL pen.

Is it necessary to buy cross rollerball refills for this pen? Or any brand rollerball refill would do
As long as it fits, any brand will do. However, they may only be fitted to take Cross brand refills, which write very smoothly.

Very nice pens, however, the ink cartridges suck.
