No it's not cause if you would understand japanese you would clearly understand that they speak about the way shinya said ''Ohayou gozaimasu'' wich is actually a very polite way to say it to someone close to him like Die. Not just that it was very polite, the whole thing was just really weird so thats way they make fun of him. So it's not Die getting teased for his jacket, it's Shinya getting teased for his way of saying good morning.
Shinya is the one being teased for him saying "ohayou gozaimasu" really low. Die wasn't aware of what Kaoru and Kyo found amusing, so Kaoru told Die about the way that Shinya said good morning. Shinya is seen covering his mouth the entire time in embarrassment. Die still couldn't tell. I couldn't quite hear what they were saying after except the word "kimochi" which means feeling, so I guess they were telling Shinya to go with it. *shrug* someone tell me otherwise.
but wait...why do they keep stressing and making fun of the fact that Shinya used the formal version of 'good morning'? I figured they were making fun of him for sounding like an old lady lol

Aha, sorry my mistake for including Kyo into that. Everything I said before was true except that Kyo was not the one holding the camera. I had seen a clip where he was the one holding the camera from the same tour, so I got a little mixed up there lol
what happes is when Die walks en everybody is like "hi" but shinya say like..."hello", being proper. and throughout the who day they are making fun of Shinya for saying ohayogozaimasu and not just hi... if that makes sence... :P
