This is beautiful! I'm shocked this channel doesn't have millions of subscribers. Really good content, music, straight to the point, no nonsense. Thanks!
@@mcdibbern9919 first of all the style of window is optional. You can choose awning or sliding windows but in this case the house is meant to be surrounded by a deck, the windows can be closed by going outside.
Beautiful home, but can I suggest a more apt description for things other than nice or really nice when giving tours? First 3 1/2 minutes it was said like 16 times! The repetition actually started to distract me from the tour. Lovely well designed home though, or should I say…really nice! 😜😊
I don’t know if I missed it or you didn’t show it but I didn’t see a refrigerator and you’re not giving any idea of the cost, don’t you have a base price and then go from there?
There is room for a full size fridge 1700mm x 700mm besides the stove/ next to loft stairs, you can see the empty space when he is showing the storage in the stairs. Current base prices are visible on our website for all designs, our base pricing includes everything including LED lighting: www.ubertinyhomes.com.au/model-6-byron

Get frosted glass or a solid door. Not every location requires the same level of privacy. One benefit of having clear glass is the house feels much larger because you can see outside from almost any location in the home, it’s a design hack for making your tiny home feel huge.
We absolutely do! We have heaps of single story designs including many custom designs. Model 1, 2 and 4 on our website ubertinyhomes.com.au are all 'older person friendly' and you can see some finished single story builds at @ubertinyhomes on instagram also. Let us know when your ready to build!

The best feature is the shower room, although I don't think I would ever get used to seeing my face looking back at me everytime I lifted the lid. 😂😂😂
That was actually brilliant.
@@thestargazer2022 glad you liked it!

Lovely!
Looks nice, if you don’t like lounging comfortably in the lounge. The rest is great.
Totally Love it!! But I wonder how do you water the plants?😃
@@MissLi78293 it’s not too hard because you can walk in the planter box. But a chair downstairs works just as well.
👏👏👏👏👏👏
@@vavanz thanks 😍
Wondering how that gold sink and hardware are going to age.
@@davidcattin7006 basically all interior design styles age, that’s why people reno their bathroom and kitchen every 15-20 years.
How do you close that window. Those of us who are smaller would have real difficulty opening and closing that.

Why don’t they make this style in the US? So well designed.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll change Sam’s job description to head carpenter, building designer, interior designer, video presenter, linguist 😂.
@ the work he does is amazing and deserves the right praise, he doesn’t need to be so modest! lol 😝

Privacy in the bathroom with the glass back door?

I love it because it helps keep the home bright. Just put up a curtain or special blind to open and close as needed.
It's a lovely home, but I wish you would make them for an older person. No stairs or loft
