Can't believe we're three years on from this review. Gaslight must be due a 7th edition treatment. So many hardcopy Victorian era Cthulhu products are really hard find, except the brilliant Stygian Fox DTRPG PODs!!
Cthulhu by Gaslight for 7th Edition is due out sometime this year (2023), probably near the end of the year. According to Mike Mason it will come in two books - a player's guide with character creation and setting information and a Keepers book with 'secret' stuff. It might be a two volume slipcase. I'm definitely looking forward to it.
Great review Bud, I am not very familiar with the Cthulhu system but this book seems to have a wealth of information for the period and certainly made me want to learn more.
I am playing Rippers Resurrected and it hsare a lot with Cthulhu because of the victorian era. But Rippers is more VanHelsing and Victor Frankenstein based.
