How long should we move the index finger for Tasha

Ok so someone explain
From starting of tashahud till the end lift the finger
Then on Darood we should lift the finger or not
Then we make dua during salah on that dua we should lift finger or not
Or we suppose to lift finger in all 3

@@naziya0016 lift it until u say the salam.
As in one narration, we see prophet used to raise his index finger in tashahud.
In another narration, prophet used to shake his index finger while making du'a. And both are authentic.
And there's no narration about the detailing like when to put it down or how long it should be raised and shaking, therefore there is a lot of different suggestions of the Ulema on this matter.
So choose one which u find best and most nearer to the sunnah, as sheikh said to raise it and shake it until the end of the salam.
And surely, Allah knows the best !

Till the end of Tashahhud or the end of dua masura? Because, in another video, sheikh referred to shaking it unless we are offering salam.😢
