The feeling in this scene is that he's leaving forever - in reality of a situation like this, could Stuart still visit the Littles, still have them as part of his life, even if not his legal guardians or living with them? I've heard of cases where a parent gives a child up for adoption but still is present in their lives, one of my friends did so - gave up the child but would still be in some ways in the child's life. Me too :(
What's wrong, Furby. Did George give the original roadster to Stuart as farewell gift? Are you crying?
Stuart's "biological" dad is so me! I love peanuts!

*burst sadly into tears* this is the saddest scene I've seen 😢😭
+1 Especially when dad holding Stuart and his small luggage walking down the stairs slowly, then the music.....I cry😢😢😢😢😢
@@ahhinchannel3390 Awwww 😢😢😭😭
Awwww this it’s make me emotional what this movies makes me emotional
The animation didn't age that well today, but they did what they could more than 20 years ago.
I was a toddler when I watched this movie. And this scene always made me feel very sad and depressed. I almost feel like this movie isn’t appropriate for youngsters. It’s so sad. 😪
Holy smokes look how young Hugh Laurie was 😃
What adorable little kidnappers 😶
They need to bring this movie back. Or turn it to a tv series
they already did
I love they got Jennifer Tilly to be Stuart's fake mom..she's a great voice actor so cute and naughty at the same time.
The day I saw the making of Stuart little on HBO, was the day I stopped believing in Santa Claus and all those other make believe characters I thought were real. I saw how they designed homeboy and everything and I was in shock.
They sold that car at Radio Shack. I remember wanting it, but it came with a Stewart Little figure that was molded into the plastic. I didn’t like the way he looked, and didn’t like that I couldn’t take him out, so I never bought it.
Mr. Stout is voiced by the same actor who acted one of the burglars in Home Alone (1990) and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992)
He's actually not, but the two do sound alike.
I also thought it was Joe Pesci
He's voiced by Bruno Kirby
*"We're his parents!"*
*"Got any proof?"*
*"Uh, no."*
*(Door shuts. Credits roll.)*
My childhood memories 😍🥰
Super super good 😊
Since they're rebooting everything, I'm surprised they haven't touched Stuart Little yet.
They wouldn’t dare
They better not f*cking think about it. This movie is sacred. Especially now that Michael has retired from acting for good.
they definitely gonna reboot it
Shhhhh- they’ll hear u😓
Give it time. I mean I hope they don't but..
This movie was awesome watching as a kid but I'd be lying if i didn't have a little crush on the mom😂
Why did the Littles not ask the Stouts for proof that they are Stuart’s parents besides the fact that they are the same species? Why didn’t they check with the home?
4:36 I love the fact that the mom saw the red flag of mouse making his wife pick up the heavy suitcase instead of doing it himself.. then just being like we’re bigger than they are😂
First time seeing this clip at all, and I'm guessing these "biological parents" are actually the villains of this movie I've never seen. From the moment they arrived at the door and first started talking, I went "Yep they're the bad guys.".
I wouldn’t say they are villains since although they did something bad by posing as Stuart’s parents but if you want to say anyone as a “villain” or at least the main threat I would say the cats (not the cat in clip but the group of cats) who set up the Stouts (who are the fake parents) to do it.
@@moonbased7796 I had a feeling they were indeed fake parents and putting on an act for whatever reason it may have been. Thanks for letting me know the full story :)
I just want to let you know that in the book the movie is based off of, Mrs Little actually gave birth to Stuart. Yes, a human woman gave birth to a mouse. That is all.
@@Nandoswitharando That would've been one of the most awkward after-birth ever!
@@pascaleelliott63 Thankfully the film adaption changed it to adopting him instead.
No lie. Every time I watched this scene as a kid, I blubbered up like a baby and cried so hard. I"M SERIOUS!!! And Sadness from Inside Out agrees with me and is crying along with me too.
I remember watching this when I was very little and out of my entire existence… *WHY AM I JUST NOW NOTICING THAT STUART’S STEP-DAD IS ALSO HOUSE?!*
I was today's year old when I realized that I'm the books, Stuart's biological parents were actually humans
0:34 this scene will always crack me up 😂😂😂😂😂
"Reggie! (Camille slugs Reggie in the chest)
Stop it?"
@@calebsawyer0719 She actually said Benji not Reggie if you even listen to her closely 😂😂😂😂😭😭😭😭
@@emmanuelharris6445 She 100% said Reggie. I listened as closely as possible 😊
Mrs. Camille Stout sounds like Celia from Monsters Inc 0:08 0:14 1:55 2:04
Love this movie & the book
Okay but I had to mention this.. I absolutely love the cast on this movie
I thought it was cool that they made other mice like Stuart, even though it was revealed later on that Reggie and Camille Stout were not his parents!
The Little family is just being ridiculous about the whole Stuart's biological family. Even if the Stouts were Stuart's real parents or if Stuart did reunite with his biological parents doesn't mean that the Littles can't be Stuart's adoptive family. It also doesn't mean Stuart has to completely part with the Little family and never see them again because he can always come back to visit them espically during holidays. Also you can have two kinds of parents: your biological parents and your adoptive parents or stepparents.
0:09 Bonnie Swanson is that you?
Same voice.
This was my favorite movie when I was a kid😊😊😊.
the Stouts are not Stuart's parents they were hired by Smokey to get Stuart to leave as a request was made by Snowbell who was upset and angry for being a pet cat to a mouse at the time.
6:37 You see him making that face It means he forced the Stouts to do this along with the other mean alley cats
This movie is very well made. I love it eventho i hated mouse in real life 😅
Whenever I hear Stuart’s mum talk all I can picture is Tiffany from bride of chucky
The Stouts weren't in the book, as director Minkoff says just an addition. Neither were any other of Stus supposed family.
