I appreciate the concern, I was sick when I recorded this video but am doing much better now! Been getting sick a lot lately so I’m going to be getting my tonsils removed soon and hoping that helps!
Are you okay? I think you've got problem with burnout or ? I'm almost sure that's because of youtube and you want to get as much views and that's not good and healthy because how youtube algo works it goes up and down. So it's a rollercoaster also for your health.
I've watched your video How My Crochet Business Did In 2023 and you were all hyped with the amount of views you got. So yeah also your speech was different. Just be careful once you look too much at views you'll be burnt out.
I know how cool and interesting is to check views but at the end you are in mercy of big Google.

As a small business owner, you have to keep track of how your business is doing. Katie has been very open about the fact that she loves the business aspect of things and keeping track of numbers and geeking about it. Which, that's cool, cause it's indeed a big aspect of a crochet business.
Market prep is very heavy and she has a lot of markets back to back these days so yeah she could be a bit overwhelmed with work at the moment, but I don't get the sense that she's resenting it.
