- After months of waiting and the hitch and harness to release. Finally got them and installed them myself. The installation very easy and I would recomnend to do it when the call is cold because of the exhaust.**** If your trunk doesn't close by pushing the button after the installation, and don't be panic that you did something wrong. You just have to force it close with hands and then it should be find*****. I think this is because the battery disconnected and the trunk open for too long. I ordered them from Braman Hyundai, and so far they seem to be the cheapest and the shipping very fast. Thank you for watching and subcribe if you like this video.

I add the Stealth Hitch (company name).one they made for the 2023. The hitch locks in place when using and removes when not. You can't see anything unless you get under the Palisade. It's great!

I think the directions say to put the bolts on the driver is from the outside in. If you to this you wont have to trim the cover. Thanks for the video.
I think I tried it that way but something with bolt shoulder that only fit one way. I could be wrong and you probably right.

So if the U-Haul one hangs lower would it still fit with the cover on? I want the oem one like you have but would want the cutout cover to match the chrome plastic
Yes, the Uhaul one will fit with the cover on just right beneath the cover
Great video! I had the dealer install the hitch yesterday. I could have done it myself if I had waited a day longer and seen this video. There is a TSB to replace the tailgate latch. Apparently it has to be done on 23 and 24 models manufactured before October 24, 2023. I don’t understand why. Any ideas ?

I took my car in last week and the dealer didn't mention anything about it. This is what the dealer done since o own the car. Wiper arm recall, Oil switch replaced due to leaking oil, air bag module is on order and should be in this week. Airbag light keeps coming on when front passenger is on the seat. Diffinately needs an alignment when I get new tires because front tires are wearing on the outside. I rotate them every 5k miles. I have 26k miles on them and i'm going to need tires soom. So far I'm pretty happy with the car. I also bought the Hyundai platinum warranty 10y 120k with $0 deductable. You should look into that if you can.
What did you use as brake controller? Brand or make.
I didn’t use the brake controller
Where did you mount ground wire?
Behind the plastic cover next to the light.
What was the problem w the uhaul hitch?
Hanging below the bumper and I didn’t like it

Does this fit the other trims?
The hitch will fit but the cover will not.
