I enjoyed this (: so wonderful to see healthy (masculine) friendships. Austin is great and thank you for facilitating the conversation in such a heartfelt way. Some heavy topics were covered but it was done so respectfully and well.
Not gonna lie this one also hit home. Depression, anxiety, social phobia (cant remember the term they used). Suffering small panic attacks to a full on go to the ER one last year. I'm on so many medications for all my physical and mental issues but I rather be alive and here with family and my dog then gone. The biggest downside is friendships, because of my social stuff and anxiety its hard for me even to small talk, form bonds anymore. Even then its usually online only. I have one friend Ive known on xbox since xbox live first started, We rarely talk anymore but in middle school and high school we formed a brother from another mother mentality. While I still think of him as such, since his mother passed hes grown distant. Now most of the people I look up to or enjoy hearing from are all youtubers lol. You, the guys on unsub, time for pie etc. Its where I find knew content to listen to while I walk or game.
