    nice job!
What makes the water marks on the board?
It seems they all have it.
The best I figure is humdity absorption from being in a basemant.
My Sanyo has it but I can live with it, and the chrome frame was rusted.
I took off the front chrome frame and used a (wet) brillo pad to remove the rust and then used car wax to protect it.
    It came out very well.

Many of the machines had the playfields washed with hot soapy water and then rinsed. Although it cleaned the dirt off, it water stained the playfields.

I was just given a Three Star. I was in my aunts attic for many years and seems to be in good shape. I remember playing it when I was a kid, so I know its at least 30 years old. The electrical has been cut and was wondering what voltage these run off? Thanks for any information

Your machine is probably 50+ years old as most of that type were built in the ‘70s. A 9 V battery will power the lights.
