Hi, I'll try to explain. We stayed in Marhaba Palace in Sousse. We didn't pre-book anything before the holiday. We booked through the hotel reception (however, we were advised to book through the TUI rep from the hotel, but we could never find her) What you've seen in every one of my Vlogs (from El Jem to Kairouan) is the 2 day excursion, which cost only £130 each! It was actually £100 originally but we paid an extra £30 for the quad bikes and the camel rides each. All the food was completely free along with the hotel stay in Douz! It was the best £130 we have ever spent in our entire lives. No hidden costs, unless you wanted to buy gifts e.g at Star Wars set or an extra camel ride. The hotel booked the 2 day excursion from TTS (Tunisian Travel Survice) so be sure to ask for the exact excursion! It's only available every Tuesday and Friday. Hope this helps!
