Happens to a lot of people. Are you sleeping well? Could be your body wanting to sleep. Also, yawning is also a sign of the body's release of tension and entering a deeper state of relaxation or mindfulness. It can be seen as a positive indicator of the body responding to and engaging with the practice

Why have I become more tired and exhausted after I started doing breathing meditations? As soon as I stopped, my energy went back to normal. I would love an answer 🙏
Our brain is used to only going into Theta & Delta while sleeping so it assumes you’re wanting to sleep. The more you meditate the more your brain will understand the difference or you’ll be able to hold onto the sweet spot of awake and asleep. Doing meditations in a specific spot and not your bed also help your brain to understand the difference between meditation and sleeping.

Is it natural to have bodyshake and lose your body control? I experience it almost each time i do your breathworks and my hands get locked at the pick of the session.i wanted to know if its natural and what can i do for it? Would not it cause health problems for me?
