- the number 2147483647 (0x7FFFFFFF) is the maximum signed (positive) value of 32bit computing. i think the vehicle moved way faster than 2147483647km/h, but the speedo meter isn't able to display values creater than 2147483647.

Well technically they can calculate numbers up to 2^32-1 but a signed integer uses its first bit as a positive/negative resulting in only half the max int.

i done a code to accelerate to 2000kmh (or faster if i change the value). but at the second lap i just can reach around 300kmh..
yeah i haven't hacked wii forever. i forgot a lot of stuff. I'm sure theres a way to do it with asm, but i'm not good at that. are you good with asm? i can't remember if 08 codes were the ones where u add a specific amount of memory offset each level. if there was a way to write a checksum and execute so it adds to the correct offset each level it might be able to be pulled off.

lol i changed the values to FF and my speed went 2147483648 and froze my wii. i don't think the game converted kmh and mph properly since it was only 1 off

Do you realize that 2147483647 is twice the speed of light ? That means you can go to the moon and come back to earth in 1,3 sec. I don't think it goes faster than this lol

the max unsigned number is 4294967295
0x7FFFFFFF is the maxium number of a 32bit integer
