No, if you actually pay attention to the statement of the worker who worked there and actually retrieved her body from the tank, he clearly said that a single person cannot get into the tank as they first have to set off an alarm and the height is extreme. So, it obviously wasn't her job. I'm not saying that this definitely is a work of some supernatural entity, but we cannot possibly blame her disease for her uncertain death. But, it is a closed case, so you can believe in anything you wish to.
