  • Ed Arcement and his wife Nancy love cheese. Indeed, their mutual enthusiasm for this processed food is why, in 2005, they chose to attend a national goat show in Spokane, Washington. They found themselves suddenly bidding on a particular goat, and as Ed explains during the interview, the bidding kept going up, and Nancy kept matching it. Before they knew it, they had won the bid at (about) $1100. "Variety" their first goat, was theirs! Read the full post on Cooking Up a Story: cookingupastory.com/an-urban-g...

Ed and Nancy have a real love for their goats and it is certainly reciprocated by the goats. This was the fastest 5:06 minute video ever as I was enjoying it soooo much and did not want it to end lol.

Seeing the goat come and lay down next to you was so touching. Very moving. Can you do a video on making some goat cheese?

Goat milk is close to mother's milk.

Stores are filled with processed food full of chemicals and rubbish
But you can not sell organic home made cheese, because it is processed!!!
Kick that government in where it hurts
