I just got my first set installed yesterday I can't figure out how to program the diy functions. The manual colors are great the ones that merge are so beautiful and I want to program them and I can't figure it out and either can the contractor. And he's a genius. But this one has even him puzzled. He said i just install and do the work programming the remotes were for me to figure out. Needless to say I have a light show going on right now that's pretty cool however the pretty pinks is what I want for one of the diy buttons and I can't find a tutorial on my lights for it. Man ur handy and resourceful.
you have to see two things on led strip.It must be12volt dc and how much (watt per meter) or how (ampere per meter) .. if it is 12watt/ meter then for 5 meter then 5x12watt = 60watt !! so you need up to 60watt power supply. and controller up to 60watt. if u wired in parallel 5 + 5 meters of led strip, then it double the amount of watt.. so 60w+60w = 120w.. then you have to use power supply up to 120watt. (for this better to chose 150watt and not 120watt, In this case it will work without heating too muchk) thank you for your comment

Can we plug in multiple 5 meter RGB strips ? I want to create 50 plus meter wifi controlled LED strip. What kind of SMPS is supported for this ?
