disagree, this is pure functional class - every car tries to reinvent the wheel with their interior instead of going for less is more - this interior is beautifully simple to me - compared to honda accord, which has 4 stacks of controls, 3 screens that display redundant info, and no intuitive layout
+David Drake I totally agree. We test drove idk how many cars and found this to be more functional than the rest. I think with cars less is better. Too many distractions as it is.
Kinda wish I had the limited, but I have the sport.. my interior is one notch down… I would love leather… but for me.. for what I paid in todays market… this color especially… with some nice wheels and a stereo n maybe led light upgrades, this car is perfect… I will say the low end power is kinda ok it’s quicker than the focus and non turbo fusion.
@@sailur nah not black they are like a fugly light tan color.. beige even… I paid for weather tech seat covers for the front and a dog hanmock cover for the back seat.. I WILL say May of this year I had to shell out 5500 for a brand new motor… rod bearings failed and it was a salvage title.. it runs fucking PERFECT now.. but I’m in the black with value.. the used market calmed down and now it’s just.. not worth what it was.. I plan to keep it for as long as it will last
@@jeffcon123 ohh ok and ya bogs can literally mess up anything in a car fast asf 😭, $5500 is alott that’s probably close to the price of this car if you tired to get it today, but that’s good that it’s purring again, I was thinking to get this car or a 2016 Kia optima, the interior is literally the same, but the exterior is different
@@sailur ya essentially they are the same car with a few small differences, as long as it has a warranty.. the engine would have been manufacture warranty.. but the salvage title screwed me big time.. other than that it has been a great car
it really sucks to hear you ended up having to pay. I bought a '15 limited, camel leather with both packages used 100k miles in feb of '23 and in mid Dec with 111k miles the engine failed due to the rod bearing recall issue...luckily I was able to get a new engine replaced at no cost. I'm in college and def don't have the money for a new engine at all and didn't get the warranty from Carmax so I really lucked out. It's an AWESOME car now that I don't have to worry about the engine failing. The infinity sound system is a tad underwhelming, so with a brand new engine I miiiiight decide to put a newer system in it.
for me the center stack on the older models looked better

Do you have black cloth seats?

Nice car i love it
I wish I had purchased this over my Elantra. It was 4k more expensive though.
Wait so this car has Apple CarPlay!
