My favorite dream home be changing every week lol i love this
This is perfect. No doors facing each other, no toilet facing the door, sink not beside the oven or cooking range. Only missing is a water tank, solar power, a pool and the gate even if its a secured village still, for privacy purposes, you don't want any one picking in your windows or straight knocking on your door and whatever.

That garden is a winner. I'd still love an enclosed front door for dog safety (if they escape from inside the house), but the garden and the side car port is plenty for dogs to run around.

You can call it “his and hers” toilet. I noticed that the bed in the master’s bedroom only has one night stand plus it’s almost too close to the door. it’s not well planned. And I agree that front door is underwhelming.

Why don't the nightstands have table lamps? When someone's relaxing in bed at night, maybe reading a book, do they use the bright overhead lights? Do they have to get out of bed to turn lights on and off?

Napanuod ko na ito sa Home Search Philippines. Ang ganda ng bahay saka ang luwang ng lote! Pero hindi nila pinakita kung anong room 'yung nasa kaliwang door after main door. Curious talaga ako! Ang ganda pa naman ng pinto na 'yun. Anyway, HSP and Presello are my fave house tours channel. ❤

The house is pleasant, homey, typhoon-proof, and a bargain for the price, but if I were to buy it, I'd make some modest changes merely to change the ambiance because it has a tito tita vibe to it. I'll start by changing the paint, tile flooring, and lighting because I don't want it to look like a mausoleum in the future (old and yellowish). You can use a mix of warm and cool light to meet objectives. I'm going to remodel the kitchen and replace the cabinetry, and the granite in the kitchen and bar area is outdated for the style. That's something I'd change as well. Finally, the bathrooms in bedroom 1 and the master bedroom are simply awkward.
